Terre Haute, IN – Local pet owners will have an opportunity to get low-cost vaccinations for their dogs and cats this weekend at a walk-in clinic hosted at K9.5 Training Academy.

According to event organizers, the clinic will take place Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 3475 Erie Canal Road in Terre Haute. No appointment is necessary, and all services will be available while supplies last.

The event, staffed by Dr. Moudy and the team from Petcare Animal Hospital, will offer rabies vaccinations for both dogs and cats, along with canine-specific vaccines including DA2PP, Lyme, Bordetella, and heartworm testing. Feline owners can also access FVRCP shots. Pricing ranges from $16 for a one-year rabies vaccine to $31 for a three-year rabies dose. Microchipping will also be available for $21.

Additional services include nail trims by K9.5 staff, priced at $10 for a standard trim or $20 for a trim and grind. The event will feature training demonstrations, and local radio station HI-99 is scheduled to broadcast live.

Organizers remind attendees that dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in a carrier. Payment will be accepted by debit or credit card only, and split transactions will not be allowed. Event staff emphasize that pet owners are responsible for keeping a safe distance and maintaining control of their animals at all times.
