Memphis, TN – The first full week of February is bringing changing weather to the Mid-South, with rain and thunderstorms on the horizon. While Monday and Tuesday will be warm and mostly sunny, showers will start moving in Tuesday night before storms arrive midweek.

According to the National Weather Service, Memphis will see a high of 72°F on Monday with mostly sunny skies. Tuesday stays partly sunny with a high of 71°F, but rain chances increase late Tuesday night. A 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms is expected Wednesday, with highs reaching 77°F.

Storms continue into Wednesday night, followed by another round of showers on Thursday. Highs will stay in the low 70s through midweek before cooling down slightly by Friday. Drivers should prepare for wet roads, especially on I-40 and I-55, as storms move through the region.
