Tampa, FL – Cooler-than-normal temperatures continue across the Tampa Bay region today as dry, pleasant weather holds through the middle of the week, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) Tampa Bay.

Highs will range from the mid-60s to mid-70s, with north to northwest winds at 5 to 10 mph keeping a refreshing feel across West-Central and Southwest Florida. Forecasters say skies will be partly cloudy, with no rain expected.

This stretch of dry weather comes ahead of another cold front arriving Thursday, which will reinforce the mild pattern into the weekend. The NWS says temperatures will continue to run a few degrees below average through Friday before gradually warming by Sunday.

Morning lows will dip into the upper 40s to mid-50s inland and near 60° along the coast, making for cool starts and comfortable afternoons. Conditions will remain ideal for outdoor activities, with light winds and low humidity expected.

Boaters can also expect calm marine conditions, with gentle offshore breezes and smooth seas. Rain chances are forecast to remain near zero each day through the weekend.

Residents can look forward to continued sunshine and cooler evenings, but should prepare for another slight drop in temperatures once Thursday’s front passes.
