Tampa, FL – Rain showers could interrupt the start of the week for Tampa Bay, with chances for afternoon and evening storms Monday and Tuesday before dry weather takes hold midweek.

According to the National Weather Service Tampa Bay, scattered showers are expected to pop up Monday and Tuesday, especially during the afternoon and evening hours. High temperatures will push into the low 90s Monday before dipping slightly into the mid-to-upper 80s Tuesday, with overnight lows ranging from the mid-60s to around 70.

Drivers across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties should be prepared for slick roads during the evening commute. Light showers could also develop inland Monday night, adding minor delays for interior counties like Polk and Hernando. Residents are advised to check local updates and avoid flooded roadways.

Dry and sunny conditions will return Wednesday, lasting through at least Friday, bringing more stable weather for outdoor plans. Temperatures will stay seasonally warm, with highs around 88–91 degrees through the end of the workweek.

Additional updates from the National Weather Service are expected if rain chances shift or if stronger storms develop Monday afternoon.
