Tampa, FL – Residents across the Tampa Bay area can expect a warm and mostly sunny weekend, with only a slight chance of rain, according to the National Weather Service. Highs will climb into the upper 80s and lower 90s, making for summer-like conditions in late September.

According to the National Weather Service Tampa Bay office, Saturday will bring mostly sunny skies with a 10% chance of rain. Temperatures are forecast between 89 and 93 degrees during the day, with overnight lows dipping into the upper 60s to mid-70s.

On Sunday, the outlook remains similar with plenty of sunshine. Rain chances increase only slightly, reaching 10–20% across the region. Highs will once again reach 89 to 93 degrees, with overnight temperatures in the lower to mid-70s.

The low rain odds mean outdoor plans should go uninterrupted, though residents should be prepared for hot and humid conditions. Forecasters also encourage staying hydrated and using sun protection if spending extended time outdoors.

This stretch of mostly dry weather continues as the region heads into the final weeks of hurricane season, when tropical moisture can still influence local forecasts. At this time, no significant storm systems are expected to impact Florida this weekend.
