Tampa Bay, FL – A beautiful Saturday is in store across west-central Florida, with mostly sunny skies, low humidity, and highs in the mid-80s, according to the National Weather Service in Tampa Bay/Ruskin.
Conditions will change on Sunday as temperatures climb into the upper 80s and humidity increases ahead of a weak disturbance. Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms may develop in the afternoon and evening, with the highest chances north of Tampa Bay.
Most areas will remain dry for much of the weekend, but those with outdoor plans on Sunday should keep an eye on the sky for any brief downpours or lightning.
