Milford, DE – Two men are facing felony charges after gunfire struck an occupied home in Milford on Tuesday night, according to Delaware State Police.

According to authorities, both men were taken into custody without incident and transported to Troop 7. Each was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on a $76,000 unsecured bond.

Waddington and Spurbeck were each charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangering, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, criminal mischief involving damages of $5,000 or more, and second-degree conspiracy.

Delaware State Police emphasized that no injuries were reported, though the gunfire struck an occupied residence. The case remains under investigation.
