Police said the Subaru collided with a 2018 Honda Fit and a 2024 Ram 2500 pickup truck. The operator of the Subaru sustained critical injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The deceased driver was later identified as 47-year-old Mark Nevells of Brooksville, according to state police.

The operators of the Honda Fit and the Ram 2500 were transported to a local hospital for evaluation. Police said both were treated for injuries and later released.
