Responding units found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound and immediately provided medical aid. Emergency Medical Services transported the victim to Prisma Health Tuomey. According to investigators, Donlon was later located at a motel on Broad Street near Tryon Street. Deputies took him into custody without incident.
