Streator police are asking for the public’s help in an investigation into a shooting that occurred Thursday night in the 300 block of S. Sterling St. around 9:25 p.m. Authorities say two suspects on foot allegedly fired multiple rounds at a victim as he was entering his vehicle, causing property damage. No injuries were reported.
According to the Streator Police Department, no descriptions of the suspects are available. Residents in the area are encouraged to review home surveillance footage from 9–10 p.m. and report any suspicious activity.
