Madbury, NH – A rollover crash in Madbury left one passenger seriously injured Saturday morning, and police say the driver was arrested for DUI.

According to New Hampshire State Police, troopers from Troop A responded at 11:54 a.m. on September 13, 2025, to Freshet Road after reports of a vehicle rollover. Investigators said the car, a 2009 Honda Civic, lost control, crossed the centerline, overcorrected, and rolled over several times before coming to rest.

During the crash, an adult male passenger was thrown from the vehicle and transported to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver, identified as Cameron Renner, 21, of Rochester, sustained minor injuries.

Police said Renner was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence, falsifying physical evidence, and reckless operation. He was later released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Dover District Court on Thursday, October 9, 2025.

Due to the crash, Freshet Road was closed for about four hours while troopers investigated, with assistance from the Madbury and Lee Fire Departments.

The crash remains under investigation. Police ask anyone with information to contact Trooper First Class Nathaniel Goodwin at Nathaniel.D.Goodwin@dos.nh.gov.
