According to the National Weather Service, rain is likely to begin Saturday afternoon, with a 60% chance of precipitation. Saturday night will bring heavier rainfall, with a 90% chance of showers continuing into Sunday. Winds from the southeast will range from 5 to 8 mph. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and a quarter of an inch are expected, making roads slick and visibility low, especially in the morning hours.

Sunday night will remain wet, with a 70% chance of rain tapering off before Monday morning. Monday itself will see lingering showers, with an 80% chance of rain before clearing in the afternoon.

By Tuesday, Medford will get a brief break from the rain, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 57°F. Wednesday brings warmer temperatures, reaching 65°F under mostly sunny skies.
