St. Louis, MO – A 74-year-old woman was assaulted and had her vehicle stolen by a juvenile suspect in Forest Park on Saturday night.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the 5600 block of Grand Drive. The suspect approached the woman, forcibly took her keys, and pushed her into a parked car, causing minor injuries. The suspect then reportedly took the woman’s 2014 black Ford Edge.
Police alerted nearby departments, and the vehicle was located at approximately 11:00 p.m. in Jennings Station Road and West Florissant. A 16-year-old male was taken into custody, and the vehicle was returned to the owner.
