St. Louis County, Missouri – Detectives are investigating a homicide after an adult man was found fatally shot Wednesday afternoon in north St. Louis County.
According to the St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons, officers responded at approximately 4:51 p.m. Wednesday to a call for service regarding a suspicious death in the 10800 block of Glen Garry Road.
Police said responding officers located an adult male suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities have not released the victim’s identity, age, or circumstances leading up to the shooting. No suspect information has been provided, and investigators did not indicate whether the shooting occurred indoors or outdoors.
The homicide remains an active investigation, and officials said details could change as detectives continue to gather evidence and conduct interviews.
