St. Charles, Ill. — The City of St. Charles shared today that an East Main Street lane will be closed next week. The City will be making sidewalk and curb repairs starting on Monday, July 14.
Beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, the south most lane — the right lane traveling east — will be closed. From Monday through Friday, July 18, the lane will be closed daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The City is making repairs to the curb and sidewalk outside of 315 East Main Street, Marberry Cleaners, at the intersection of Main and South 4th Avenue.
The City said that they will make every effort to reopen the lane at the end of the workday throughout next week.
