Phoenix, AZ – Spring weather is taking hold in Phoenix, bringing a mix of showers Friday night before clearing out for a sunny and warm weekend. Temperatures will steadily climb, reaching a high of 80°F by Monday, making for an ideal stretch of days for outdoor activities.
According to the National Weather Service, a 90% chance of showers will move through the area late Friday into early Saturday morning. Rainfall amounts are expected to be light, with no more than a tenth of an inch. By midday Saturday, conditions will clear, leaving behind sunny skies and a high of 67°F.
Sunday will continue the warming trend, reaching 74°F with calm winds, making it a perfect day for outdoor plans. By Monday, temperatures will hit 80°F under partly sunny skies, marking the warmest day of the stretch.
Looking ahead to next week, dry and mild conditions will persist. Tuesday will be breezy, with gusts up to 20 mph, but otherwise sunny with a high near 78°F.
