Spokane County, WA – Spokane County and Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a string of incidents over three days involving theft, drug possession, warrants, and disorderly behavior — several involving individuals booked into jail dozens of times before.

According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, the arrests occurred between November 1–3, 2025, across multiple locations in Spokane and Spokane Valley. Deputies said the cases highlight a recurring cycle of criminal activity and repeat offenders.

On November 3, deputies arrested 23-year-old Trenton A. Keith after he allegedly tried to steal 20 bags of candy and a burrito from a store on E. 57th Avenue. Keith allegedly kicked a store employee while being detained. Jail records show this was his 33rd booking since 2020.

On November 2, 40-year-old Torey J. Harader was arrested for allegedly possessing methamphetamine after refusing to leave a bathroom on E. Sprague Avenue. Deputies said Harader has been booked 47 times since 2008.

That same night, 40-year-old Solon Z. Bennett was arrested after allegedly yelling at customers and blocking traffic on N. Newport Highway. Deputies said Bennett, booked 54 times since 2016, also had active trespassing warrants.

Earlier that evening, deputies stopped a truck on W. Crawford Street, finding a loaded firearm and arresting 31-year-old Devin D. Elwess and 31-year-old John B. McGarry on outstanding warrants.

On November 1, 21-year-old Daneika D.N. Munson was arrested near a store on E. Sprague Avenue on multiple warrants. Deputies said it was her sixth booking this year.

Authorities noted most suspects had prior felony or misdemeanor arrests, underscoring ongoing concerns about the revolving door of repeat offenses in Spokane County.
