According to the National Weather Service, Medford has a 40% chance of showers Thursday, especially after 2 p.m., with daytime highs near 69°F. Winds will shift northwest at 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon. Overnight, rain chances taper off, leaving mostly cloudy skies and lows around 50°F.

By Friday, conditions improve with mostly sunny skies and a high near 69°F. Winds are expected to remain light, offering a calm end to the work week. Friday night will stay mostly clear with lows around 46°F.

The weekend brings a warmer, drier pattern. Saturday will be sunny with a high near 71°F, followed by mostly clear skies overnight in the mid-40s. Sunday continues the trend with highs reaching 74°F under sunny skies.

Looking ahead to early next week, sunshine dominates with daytime highs climbing into the upper 70s through Wednesday. Overnight lows will stay comfortable in the mid-to-upper 40s.

Travelers and outdoor enthusiasts should prepare for light rain Thursday but can expect dry, warm conditions for weekend events, hiking, or road trips across southern Oregon.
