According to the National Weather Service in Norton, Saturday will be sunny with a high near 81, followed by a warmer Sunday topping out at 82 degrees. Winds will stay light through the weekend, though a south breeze could pick up near the coast Sunday afternoon.

Monday continues the dry trend, reaching 81 under clear skies. The weather begins to turn Tuesday night, when a storm system moves in from the west. Showers are likely after midnight with stronger southwest winds reaching up to 14 mph by Tuesday afternoon. Rainfall is expected to continue Wednesday, bringing cooler air with highs in the 60s.

Travelers should prepare for wet commutes Tuesday night into Wednesday, with localized downpours and gusts reducing visibility. Those with outdoor plans early next week should take advantage of the dry weekend before the shift.
