Southeastern Michigan Weather: Holiday Heat, Humidity with Isolated Showers

Ann Arbor, MI – Residents of southeastern Michigan can expect a mix of weather conditions over the next few days. Today, cloudy skies with a chance of showers and an isolated afternoon thunderstorm are predicted. Highs will reach between 83-87 degrees.

According to the US National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac, typical heat and humidity will mark the Fourth of July, with rain chances below 20 percent. Temperatures are expected to range from 84-88 degrees, providing a warm backdrop for holiday festivities. Nighttime conditions will be partly cloudy with temperatures dipping to 63-68 degrees.

Friday brings a higher likelihood of rain and thunderstorms, with temperatures peaking between 80-84 degrees. The weather service advises keeping an umbrella handy for potential afternoon and evening storms. Friday night will see partly cloudy skies with lows between 61-66 degrees.

The weekend outlook indicates seasonable early July conditions. Saturday is forecasted to be partly sunny with highs around 79 degrees, while Sunday should see mostly sunny skies and temperatures reaching 83 degrees. As for the start of the next week, Monday will continue the trend with sunny weather and a high of 86 degrees.
