According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Sioux Falls, fog is expected to develop overnight, especially in areas east of Interstate 29. Visibility could drop below two miles, with the highest fog probabilities (50-70%) in places like Worthington, Spencer, and Estherville.

Drivers should prepare for reduced visibility during Tuesday’s morning commute. Later in the day, skies will clear, with temperatures reaching 81°F. Wednesday promises a sunny high of 85°F, offering a brief respite from the fog and storms.

The remainder of the week will see cooler temperatures, with highs ranging from 76°F on Thursday to 78°F on Friday. The weekend will bring clear skies and moderate temperatures, with highs in the low 80s.
