South Central Texas – The weekend will continue with sweltering temperatures, with highs reaching into the mid-90s to low 100s. Saturday’s forecast predicts a partly cloudy sky, with temperatures peaking at around 96 degrees. Expect similar conditions on Sunday, with high temperatures again reaching 96 degrees. Dry weather will dominate the weekend.

According to the US National Weather Service Austin-San Antonio Texas, while temperatures on Monday may slightly cool, the heat remains intense, with highs expected around 93 degrees. Skies will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy, with minimal chances of isolated storms in the evening.

Looking ahead to Tuesday and Wednesday, temperatures will hover around the low 90s. Scattered thunderstorms are expected, bringing some relief from the persistent heat. The storm potential increases by midweek, especially on Wednesday and Thursday, where scattered storms might impact the region, leading to more moderate weather by the end of the week.
