According to the National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg, severe thunderstorms may develop late Tuesday into early Wednesday, primarily targeting western Carolinas and northeast Georgia. A hazardous weather outlook remains in place, with the highest impact expected from 6 p.m. Tuesday through early Wednesday morning. The threat includes damaging winds, hail, and a slight chance of an isolated tornado—especially near the mountains and foothills.
