Columbia, SC – A warming trend is set to bring spring-like temperatures to South Carolina next week, with highs reaching the low 70s by Tuesday.

According to the National Weather Service, Saturday will be sunny but cool, with a high of 55°F and an overnight low of 27°F. Sunday continues the warming trend, reaching 60°F with clear skies. Nighttime temperatures remain cold, dipping to 36°F.

Monday will bring even milder conditions, with highs reaching 65°F under sunny skies. By Tuesday, temperatures will climb to 72°F, making it the warmest day of the week. Overnight lows will also rise, staying in the low 40s.

Wednesday continues the streak of warm weather, with a high of 71°F and mostly sunny conditions. However, changes arrive Thursday as a 40% chance of showers moves into the region, bringing slightly cooler temperatures.
