Columbia, SC – A warming trend is set to bring spring-like temperatures to South Carolina next week, with highs reaching the low 70s by Tuesday.
According to the National Weather Service, Saturday will be sunny but cool, with a high of 55°F and an overnight low of 27°F. Sunday continues the warming trend, reaching 60°F with clear skies. Nighttime temperatures remain cold, dipping to 36°F.
Monday will bring even milder conditions, with highs reaching 65°F under sunny skies. By Tuesday, temperatures will climb to 72°F, making it the warmest day of the week. Overnight lows will also rise, staying in the low 40s.
Wednesday continues the streak of warm weather, with a high of 71°F and mostly sunny conditions. However, changes arrive Thursday as a 40% chance of showers moves into the region, bringing slightly cooler temperatures.
Residents should take advantage of the sunshine and mild temperatures before possible rain later in the week. While no severe weather is expected, staying updated with the latest forecast is recommended as conditions evolve.
