South Bend, IN – A calm and comfortable start to the week is in store for northern Indiana, with partly cloudy skies and mild fall temperatures expected through Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service in Northern Indiana.

Forecasters say Sunday’s highs will reach the mid-50s, under mostly sunny skies, with overnight lows in the mid-30s to upper 30s. The region will stay dry, offering a welcome break from recent unsettled weather.

By Monday, sunshine returns in full force with highs climbing to around 60°F, and Tuesday will be even warmer, nearing 61°F across much of the area. Light winds and low humidity will make for pleasant and stable weather conditions through midweek.

No rain is expected until later in the week, allowing for ideal travel and outdoor conditions across the region.
