Eureka, CA – A winter storm warning remains in effect for Northern Trinity until 4 a.m. PST Friday, bringing heavy snowfall to elevations above 2,500 feet.

According to the National Weather Service, total snow accumulations will range from 3 to 7 inches at higher elevations along highways 299 and 3. Areas above 4,000 feet, including Scott Mountain Pass, could see up to 12 inches of snow.
