Philadelphia, PA – A mix of rain and snow showers is expected this evening, primarily south of I-95. While no significant snow accumulation is forecast, wet roads and occasional reduced visibility may impact drivers. Residents should plan for possible slick conditions if traveling in southern Pennsylvania, Delaware, or southern New Jersey.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), there is a 20–30% chance of precipitation tonight along and south of a Townsend, Delaware, to Atlantic City, New Jersey, line. Rain is expected to dominate, but snowflakes may mix in after sunset, particularly during late evening hours.

For the remainder of the week, dry weather is forecast for Monday and Tuesday, with mostly sunny skies and highs near 39°F. Monday night will bring clear skies with lows dropping to 26°F. By midweek, however, a new system will reintroduce wintry precipitation to the region. On Wednesday night, rain is likely to transition to snow in areas north and west of I-95. Current models suggest a 40% chance of precipitation, with minimal snow accumulation anticipated.

Drivers and commuters are urged to stay updated on weather conditions, especially midweek, as colder temperatures and precipitation could result in icy patches.

Extended Forecast:

• Monday: Sunny, high of 39°F.

• Tuesday: Clear skies, high near 42°F.

• Wednesday Night: Rain and snow likely. Low of 35°F.
