Shreveport, LA – Severe thunderstorms are expected to develop across the Ark-La-Tex region Sunday afternoon through Sunday night, bringing the threat of damaging winds, large hail, and possible tornadoes, according to the National Weather Service in Shreveport.
Meteorologists say all modes of severe weather are possible as a powerful storm system moves across the Four-State Region, which includes parts of Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

The Storm Prediction Center has placed parts of the region under varying levels of severe weather risk:
