Schaumburg, IL – The Village of Schaumburg has officially relocated key municipal operations, including Transportation, Human Resources, and Information Technology, to a Temporary Village Hall at 1000 E. Woodfield Rd. The move begins today, March 20, and the new location will remain in use through 2026.

The transition follows the permanent closure of the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center at 101 Schaumburg Ct., which ceased public operations on March 13. The new Temporary Village Hall opened for business on March 17, allowing residents to access village services at the new address.

According to village officials, all phone numbers remain the same. Residents can dial 311 within Schaumburg or call (847) 895-4500 for assistance, though response times may be slightly delayed during the transition.

For added convenience, residents can submit service requests online at Schaumburg.com/CSR and make bill payments via Schaumburg.com/WebPay.

More details and ongoing updates about the move can be found at Schaumburg.com/Move, where frequently asked questions are also addressed. The village encourages residents to stay informed and utilize online services whenever possible.
