Hanford, CA – Residents across the San Joaquin Valley may see a brief round of showers late Thursday before clear and sunny conditions return for the weekend.

According to the National Weather Service, Hanford is expected to see increasing clouds Thursday, with highs near 83°F. By Thursday night, forecasters predict a 50 percent chance of showers, mainly before midnight. Overnight lows are expected to drop to around 59°F, with northwest winds up to 15 mph.

Friday will bring improving conditions, with just a slight 20 percent chance of rain in the morning. Sunshine will return by midday, with highs around 73°F. Winds may gust as high as 20 mph before calming overnight.

The weekend forecast looks favorable, with mostly clear skies Saturday and Sunday. Highs will rise gradually into the upper 70s, reaching about 79°F on Sunday. Nights will remain cool, with lows in the low- to mid-50s.

Looking ahead, forecasters expect dry, sunny conditions to continue into early next week, keeping temperatures near seasonal averages.
