San Jose, California – Temperatures across the San Francisco Bay Area will stay dry and seasonably warm through Friday before dipping briefly this weekend, then bouncing back into the 80s early next week.

According to the National Weather Service San Francisco Bay Area, cities like San Jose, Santa Rosa, and Concord could see afternoon highs in the upper 70s and low 80s through Friday. Saturday and Sunday will bring a noticeable drop, with highs falling into the 60s across much of the coast and inland valleys.

Cooler spots like Half Moon Bay and Monterey may dip to morning lows in the 40s this weekend, while daytime highs stall in the low 60s. Inland areas such as Livermore and Napa will cool into the upper 60s and low 70s before heating up again by Tuesday, reaching into the mid-80s.

The dry pattern persists, with no rain expected, making for ideal outdoor conditions but increasing the risk of dehydration and fire spread in grassy areas. Residents are advised to stay hydrated, limit strenuous afternoon activity, and check on vulnerable neighbors.

Temperatures rebound sharply by Monday, with widespread highs in the 80s expected by Tuesday. Another warming trend may follow into midweek.
