Today’s high is expected to hit 101 degrees, followed by Friday’s forecast of 100 degrees. The weekend will see slightly lower, but still extreme, temperatures with highs of 98 degrees on both Saturday and Sunday. The heat wave will continue into the start of next week, with Monday’s high projected at 99 degrees and Tuesday’s at 96 degrees.
