Rutland County, VT – An 18-year-old West Rutland resident was arrested Wednesday afternoon following an incident involving emergency medical personnel during a transport to the hospital, according to the Rutland County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities identified the defendant as Savanna Williams, 18, of West Rutland. Investigators allege that during the ambulance transport, Williams exhibited violent, tumultuous, and threatening behavior toward EMS personnel.
