Wheaton, Ill. — On the afternoon of Friday, June 27, the City of Wheaton posted a traffic alert for Roosevelt Road. A section has been reduced to one lane due to a traffic crash. The alert was posted just after noon.
The lane closure is for both ways on Roosevelt Road by Knollwood Drive. Wheaton police are currently at the scene responding to the traffic crash, the city reported.
Wheaton notified drivers to use an alternate route if able and expect traffic delays in that area. The city will update when the lanes have reopened.
