Rensselaer, IN – Nicole Hammond, 33, faces charges of intimidation and harassment following two reported incidents within two days.
According to the Rensselaer Police Department, the initial complaint on June 12 involved Hammond allegedly making 46 missed calls to the victim and threatening to kill her and another person during a FaceTime call while displaying a handgun. The following day, Hammond allegedly struck the same victim in the face at a business on N. Cullen Street.
A warrant for Hammond’s arrest in the first case resulted in her being booked on two counts of intimidation (Level 6 Felony) and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. She bonded out shortly after. A warrant is currently outstanding for the second incident.
