According to the National Weather Service in Grand Forks, rain will affect areas in eastern North Dakota, with heavier showers expected in western and central Minnesota. Rain chances will taper off by late afternoon or early evening, as winds turn northwest at 10 to 20 mph, bringing in drier conditions overnight. Temperatures are forecast to reach highs between 40 and 49 degrees Fahrenheit today, dipping to lows between 25 and 37 degrees tonight as showers clear.
