Mount Pleasant, WI – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old wanted in connection with a homicide investigation that began last month in Racine County.
According to the Village of Mount Pleasant Police Department, investigators continue to examine a homicide that occurred on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in the 2200 block of Racine Street. As the investigation progressed, detectives identified a suspect and obtained an arrest warrant.
Authorities identified the suspect as Ronald Rallo Franklin, 17, of Racine.
Police said Franklin is wanted on charges of felony murder and attempted armed robbery. The allegations have not been proven in court.
According to investigators, Franklin is described as a Black male standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Detectives said they are actively working to locate Franklin and believe he may still be in southeastern Wisconsin.
Officials are urging anyone with information about Franklin’s whereabouts to contact the Mount Pleasant Police Department at 262-884-0454. Police cautioned the public not to approach Franklin and instead contact law enforcement immediately if he is seen.
