Queensbury, NY – State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a burglary at the Delicacy Deli on Upper Glen Street early Saturday morning.
According to New York State Police, the incident occurred on September 27, 2025, at approximately 4:33 a.m., when a suspect allegedly threw a large rock through a door or window of the store in Queensbury. Investigators say the suspect entered and stole several items, including cigarettes and vapes, before leaving the scene around 4:35 a.m.
Police said the individual placed the stolen items in a bag or backpack before fleeing. Surveillance images released by State Police show the suspect both inside and outside the store. Authorities noted the person may have been near the deli about 10 minutes before the break-in.
The Delicacy Deli is located at 731 Upper Glen Street, a busy commercial stretch in Warren County near Glens Falls. State Police Queensbury Bureau of Criminal Investigation is leading the case.
