Davenport, IA – Mild fall weather continues for the Quad Cities this weekend, but rain chances are expected to return early in the new week, according to the National Weather Service in the Quad Cities.
Forecasters say conditions will remain mostly dry through Sunday, with highs reaching the low to mid-60s under partly cloudy skies. A few light showers may develop Sunday night, mainly across southern parts of the region.
By Monday, scattered light rain becomes more likely across western areas, increasing to a 40–60% chance of rain by Tuesday as a more organized system moves through. Highs will cool slightly, staying in the mid to upper 50s, with overnight lows dipping into the upper 30s to low 40s.
While rainfall totals are expected to remain light, commuters should prepare for damp roads and cooler mornings to start the week.
