Davenport, IA – Unseasonably mild and dry weather continues across the Quad Cities region through Saturday, with temperatures climbing into the upper 60s and low 70s. Skies will stay mostly sunny, and winds will remain light Friday before conditions begin to shift over the weekend.

According to the National Weather Service Quad Cities office, Friday night lows will range from 50 to 56 degrees—well above normal for mid-November. Saturday will remain warm with highs between 62 and 71 degrees. Northwest winds will strengthen to 15–25 mph as a cold front moves across the area later in the day, ushering in cooler air.

By Saturday night, temperatures fall sharply into the upper 20s and mid-30s. Sunday will feel much different, with highs only in the upper 40s to mid-50s under mostly sunny skies. Overnight lows Sunday night drop again, falling into the upper 20s to mid-30s.

Looking ahead, forecasters say a storm system early next week will bring increasing rain chances, most likely Monday night into Tuesday. Temperatures are expected to remain closer to seasonal norms through the early part of the week.
