Cookeville, TN – Two separate traffic-related incidents in Putnam County led to multiple felony arrests within a 12-hour span, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the sheriff’s office, the first incident occurred Thursday, January 15, 2026, when a deputy attempted a traffic stop on Baxter Road after a silver Honda sedan allegedly failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The vehicle reportedly fled at a high rate of speed before deputies later located it on Window Cliff Road near Cookeville Boatdock Road.

Authorities identified the driver as Jeremy Grisolano, with passengers Andrew Myatt and Ashley Goodard. Deputies say Grisolano admitted he intentionally fled because he believed Myatt had an active arrest warrant. A consented search of the vehicle allegedly revealed approximately 4.8 grams of methamphetamine and a digital scale, with additional drug paraphernalia found in Goodard’s backpack.

Grisolano was arrested and charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Sale of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His bond was set at $57,000, with a court date scheduled for Monday, March 2, 2026. Myatt was arrested on an active warrant and remains held without bond. Goodard was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Later that evening, deputies responded to a second incident on Baxter Road involving a black Ford Fusion that allegedly fled, turned off its headlights, and was abandoned. During an inventory search, deputies reportedly discovered two loaded pistols, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia hidden inside the vehicle.

The driver was identified as Jacob Reagan, who was taken into custody at approximately 10:50 a.m. Friday, January 16, 2026. Reagan faces multiple felony charges, including Manufacture, Delivery, Sale of Methamphetamine, Armed Dangerous Felonies, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and Evading Arrest.

Sheriff Eddie Farris said drug activity and attempts to evade law enforcement “will not be tolerated” in Putnam County.
