Deputies identified the suspect as Lemar Beasley, who was arrested Saturday morning, November 15, 2025, after a 24-hour manhunt involving several law enforcement agencies. Authorities located Beasley inside a camper on Huntington Shortcut Road.

According to the sheriff’s office, Beasley is accused of stabbing a woman at the Dollar General store in Fruitland on Friday. The victim’s name has not yet been released, and investigators have not determined a motive for the attack.
