Portland, Oregon – The FBI is seeking additional victims after a man pleaded guilty to sexually abusing minors on the Umatilla Indian Reservation.

According to the FBI Portland Field Office, Aaron William Pizer, 41, pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of abusive sexual contact involving incidents on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR).

Court documents state that between July 10, 2016, and July 9, 2017, and again between August 22, 2019, and August 21, 2020, Pizer allegedly sexually abused two minors under the age of 16 on the reservation. Authorities further allege that on April 19, 2024, he engaged in sexual contact with a minor under 16 on CTUIR land.

Pizer was arrested May 30, 2024, by local authorities and later entered the guilty plea, according to the FBI.

Federal investigators believe Pizer may have assaulted or contacted additional victims both on and off the reservation. The FBI is asking anyone who may have been affected, or who has relevant information, to contact the bureau at 503-224-4181 or by email.

The investigation is being conducted in partnership with the Pendleton Police Department and the Umatilla Tribal Police Department.

The case may be particularly relevant to families and students connected to the reservation community during the 2016–2024 timeframe.
