According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, the arrests occurred around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, after deputies conducted a proactive enforcement operation. U.S. currency, methamphetamine, and a vehicle were seized at the scene, authorities said. The sheriff’s office noted that all individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Deputies identified the suspects as Toni Kelly of Rossville, Illinois, and Bryce McDaniel of Fithian, Illinois. Kelly allegedly faces three counts of delivery or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine (Class X felony), possession of a controlled substance (Class 2 felony), and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (Class 4 felony).
