Deputies followed the vehicle to East Quincy, where it stopped in the area of Cedar Street. Officers made contact with the occupants and arrested 20-year-old Payton Wiles of Oroville without incident.

Authorities said Wiles was booked into the Plumas County Jail on a Butte County warrant for robbery under California Penal Code 211.
