Pittsburgh, PA – A pleasant and seasonable start to November is expected across western Pennsylvania, with a mix of sun and clouds through Monday and only low rain chances in the northwest, according to the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh.

Today’s forecast calls for partly cloudy skies and highs in the low to mid-50s, with a small chance of light rain over northwest Pennsylvania. Sunday will be mostly dry, featuring mild temperatures in the mid to upper 50s and lows in the upper 30s.

By Monday, forecasters expect another partly sunny day with afternoon showers possible once again in northwest areas. However, most of the region, including Pittsburgh and northern West Virginia, is likely to remain dry.

The Weather Service says this pattern marks the start of a prolonged dry stretch, keeping temperatures near seasonal averages before a gradual warm-up midweek.

Residents can expect calm fall weather for outdoor plans, with no significant rainfall or cold fronts expected through early next week.
