PITTSBURGH – Pumking Fest 2025, an autumnal block party with live music, food, and drink, goes from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at Southern Tier Brewery Pittsburgh.
The brewery works in partnership with the Pittsburgh Creative, Bobby Thompson and The Chosen Few, and others for event organization. Grilled favorites, cinnamon donuts, and “Pumking”-themed drinks will be available.
Patrick Kaderka, co-owner of the metaphysical shop The Menagerie, will provide tarot card readings from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Metaphysical shops and festival vendors give residents the opportunity to tap into the more “witchy” side of the season. “There’s a lot of options for metaphysical shops in the greater Pittsburgh area,” said Kaderka. “We really have a community that’s ignited by the atmosphere of the season.”
The Pittsburgh Creative, an organization responsible for fall-themed events around Pittsburgh, invites more than 20 vendors to sell halloween-themed goods and quality handcrafted trinkets. Local art will also be available.
Groups can compete in cornhole, bowling, and yard Jenga activities. Attendees enjoy live music throughout the day from Noa Jordan from 1 to 3 p.m., The VIBE from 4 to 6 p.m., and Bobby Thompson & The Chosen Few from 7 to 10 p.m.
