Pierce County, WA – Authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying several suspects connected to a string of armed robberies that occurred across the Parkland and Midland areas last week.
According to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, the first robbery happened on January 11 around 6:45 p.m. at Jackson’s Food Store on the 10700 block of Pacific Avenue South. Three suspects entered the store, and one pointed a pistol at the clerk while demanding money, vapes, and other items.
Two nights later, on January 13 around 7:00 p.m., a similar group entered Terry’s Corner Grocery on the 8500 block of Golden Given Road East. Deputies said a different suspect, identified by a distinct voice, again pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded cash.
The third robbery occurred the following evening, January 14 around 6:30 p.m., at Midland Grocery on the 1700 block of 99th Street East. This time, four suspects entered the store, one again brandishing a firearm. In all three incidents, suspects allegedly stole cash, alcohol, and vape products before fleeing.
Investigators believe the robberies are connected, citing similarities in timing and suspect behavior. Detectives are urging anyone with information about the suspects’ identities or whereabouts to contact the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office immediately to prevent further incidents.
