Lake Township, PA – Phylicia Albina Thomas disappeared on February 11, 2004, shortly after leaving work, and authorities are still searching for answers 20 years later.

The 22-year-old was last seen after finishing her shift at Pump-N-Pantry in Luzerne County. Thomas returned home but stepped outside around midnight and never returned. Her sudden disappearance left family and investigators searching for clues, but no significant leads have emerged in the decades since.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Thomas was wearing a rust-colored sweater, white pants, gray sneakers, and a Pump-N-Pantry hat at the time. She was described as 5’6”, weighing 110 pounds, with light brown hair and blue eyes.

Police recently renewed efforts in the case and are offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest or resolution. Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling 1-800-4PA-TIPS or through an online tip form.

Investigators believe someone may hold key details that could solve this case. “Even small details could make a big difference,” police said in a statement.

The public’s help is vital to bringing closure to Thomas’ family. Authorities encourage anyone with information to come forward.
