Bradford, PA – A winter weather advisory remains in effect for north-central Pennsylvania, with snow and high winds expected through Wednesday night. Drivers should prepare for slippery roads and hazardous travel conditions.

According to the National Weather Service in State College, PA, snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches are expected in Elk, McKean, Potter, and Warren counties. Winds will gust up to 40 mph, initially from the southwest Wednesday morning before shifting northwest in the afternoon. Snow squalls could further reduce visibility, especially during the morning hours.

The advisory remains active until midnight Wednesday night. Commuters should allow extra travel time, as both morning and evening travel could be affected.
